Returns & Refunds

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you have any problems or issues with your order, the best way is to first contact me with the issue. After initial discussion with me, we can come up with the best possible solution regarding your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or having a discussion will NOT be accepted.

  • If after discussion you still want to return the item and your return is accepted, you are responsible to buy the return shipping label and post the item back to me. The postal address is specified below. I suggest to add tracking so that the item does not get lost during shipping. Only after successful receipt of item in original condition, a refund shall be processed.

  • Note: Refund will be provided for the original price of the item ONLY minus the shipping charges if any during the original order. Also, unfortunately I do NOT bear the costs of return shipping labels that you have paid for. Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs in all.

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't receiving the funds, please contact me.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue & make it right.
