We offer a range of delivery services to help get you everything you need for your embroidery. All the items are shipped from United Kingdom. At the moment, we are only shipping to UK, USA, UAE, Canada & Australia only. For all other locations, please visit my Etsy Shop and place an order here.

UK ORDERS

• All items are shipped via Royal Mail postal service.

• Most of the items are ready to dispatch but it takes 1-3 days of time for processing your orders before it is dispatched.

• We offer standard UK delivery for all the items. Note that items in standard delivery are sent via Royal Mail First class service for which tracking is NOT availiable.

• If you would like your item sent as "Tracked" or "Signed for", please select the appropriate shipping upgrade during checkout.

• Promotional ~ At the moment we have free standard shipping on all embroidery kits & printed fabrics in UK only.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• At the moment, we are shipping to USA, UAE, Canada and Australia only through my website. For other countries, please visit my Etsy Shop and place an order here.

• All items are shipped via Royal Mail postal service by either Tracked or Signed Service only. Please select the appropriate option at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not offer standard or economy international delivery for any of the items as items get lost in delivery with no tracking and take more than 4 months to arrive sometimes.

• Most of the items are ready to dispatch but it takes 1-3 days of time for processing your orders before it is dispatched.

• The International shipping times will vary depending on your location. Sometimes, it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for packages to arrive. But, there is end-to-end tracking availiable so you know where your package is throughout.

• Buyers are responsible for all customs/duties fees and taxes which may arise due to international shipping.
